Sr. Technical Program Manager I

The Role:

• This Senior Technical Program Manager position manages programmes across Product, Engineering, and UX organisations, reporting to the Director of Technical Program and Operations.
• You will bridge communication between technical teams and product-focused groups, working remotely from Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and report on programme status, lead project planning, design scalable processes, and drive risk mitigation.
• Ensure transparency through regular status updates to senior leadership and facilitate open communication among diverse teams.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Project or Programme Management, with deep knowledge of delivery methodologies and technical literacy in API platforms.
• Proven track record of leading cross-departmental projects, with strong problem-solving and communication skills in English.
