Job Description
Training and Onboarding:
Train all new hires on outreach processes and best practices. Project manage and execute all training operations. Own quality assurance during onboarding by listening to new hire calls and providing feedback.
Performance Management:
Performance manages all new hires on the outreach team. Ensure achievement of all milestones during the onboarding period. Provide actionable feedback to people managers based on call quality.
Administrative and Operational Support:
Complete eligibility checks through internal tools and external insurance platforms. Build and maintain operational process documents related to enrollment. Manage support tickets with telephony vendor.
