Job Description
As an Outbound Business Development Representative, you’ll launch and manage outbound outreach to strategic accounts through email, phone, and social channels. Qualify leads by identifying pain points, timing, and fit for our offerings. Use tools like Apollo, Gong, and ChatGPT to scale and personalize outreach. Collaborate with AEs and marketing to iterate on messaging and improve conversion rates. Track pipeline metrics, feedback, and lead quality to improve process and performance.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales development or outbound prospecting and proven ability to book qualified meetings and hit outbound KPIs. Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound sales tools (e.g., Apollo, Gong, HubSpot) is critical with strong written and verbal communication with a consultative, value-driven approach. Ability to work core U.S. business hours for real-time outreach and team collaboration is expecte.
