Systems Administrator III

We’re looking for an exceptional Systems Administrator with strong backend experience across IT infrastructure, security operations, and endpoint management. The ideal candidate is highly skilled with enterprise-level SSO and MDM systems, thrives in cloud environments, and brings a security-first mindset to everything they do. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our systems secure, scalable, and efficient while driving automation, supporting audits, and mentoring others. You'll manage and support core IT infrastructure, including SaaS applications, endpoint devices, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP). Oversee incident and service request management via ticketing systems and lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting for system and service disruptions. Manage asset inventory, software licensing, and user lifecycle processes. You will also monitor security alerts and respond to incidents in coordination with the security team and manage SIEM, add and manage logs, and setup and manage SOC alerts. This position will also provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior staff.
