We’re looking for an exceptional Systems Administrator with strong backend experience across IT infrastructure, security operations, and endpoint management. The ideal candidate is highly skilled with enterprise-level SSO and MDM systems, thrives in cloud environments, and brings a security-first mindset to everything they do. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our systems secure, scalable, and efficient while driving automation, supporting audits, and mentoring others.
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for retaining and growing a portfolio of active customer accounts, providing best-in-class support and customer success management. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers are achieving maximum value from our solutions, ultimately driving renewals, expansions, and cross-sells. Working closely with New Business Managers, you’ll collaborate on Strategic Growth Plans, guide new customers through onboarding, and proactively monitor customer health to mitigate churn risks.
This position is focused on expertly handling all of our customer support requests; admins and teachers have questions or run into technical issues, and you’ll be there to help through email, chat or phone calls. You’ll collaborate with members of your team and colleagues across the company to ensure consistency, delightful, and helpful support is delivered to every user every day.
