Responsibilities:
- Help structure and negotiate CM/ODM commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, pricing, and SLAs.
- Design SLA/SLO framework and vendor scorecard, overseeing governance cadence from weekly reviews to QBRs.
- Share demand forecasts, convert into capacity build plans, and ensure builds are scheduled against deployment needs.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in supply management or manufacturing operations with direct CM/ODM relationship ownership.
- Experience structuring manufacturing agreements and managing build plans and on-time delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with major CMs and ODMs like Foxconn, Quanta, or Jabil.
- Knowledge of CM cost structures and billing models.
- Familiarity with liquid-cooled or high power density compute rack systems.
