Responsibilities:
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end customer contracting from drafting to post-contract compliance.
- Strategic Adaptability: Collaborate with Legal and M&A teams to integrate divisions and standardize processes.
- Drafting & Negotiation: Draft and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, data privacy addenda, NDAs, and licensing agreements.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of contract management or legal operations experience, preferably in tech or education.
- Deep understanding of software licensing and commercial agreements.
- Bachelor's degree required; JD or paralegal certification is a plus.
