Senior Manager, AI Programs - GTM

Samsara is seeking a talented Senior Manager to lead our GTM AI Programs team. In this role, you’ll set the strategy, oversee execution, and manage a team delivering some of Samsara’s most critical AI and automation initiatives—ranging from internal productivity copilots to customer-facing AI applications. You’ll guide program managers, directly own high-impact initiatives, and partner cross-functionally with stakeholders in Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Data/Analytics to ensure successful outcomes. This role requires proven people leadership and strong program management expertise. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of program managers, fostering career development and building a high-performing culture. Define and drive the AI & Automation programs strategy, balancing long-term vision with near-term execution. Stay connected to developments in GenAI, LLMs, and automation technologies to shape roadmap and investment decisions.
