Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive strategies to meet patient implant and revenue goals.
- Ensure execution of strategies to deliver on metrics within Territory.
- Demonstrate expert proficiency with regard to Salesforce, Salesforce dashboards, forecasting, and CVRx commercial business applications.
Technical Support:
- Support implants and follow-up procedures and visits.
- Provide troubleshooting and other technical assistance to healthcare providers and CVRx employees.
- Receive technical inquiries and researches solutions to questions or problems.
Sales and Education:
- Represent CVRx devices in front of leading cardiologists, hypertension specialists, and cardiac/vascular surgeons.
- Provide on-call clinical support as needed, troubleshooting, including in-service education and training physicians.
- Deliver in-service education programs for hospital personnel and staff on technical matters relating to CVRx devices or studies.
