New Product Operations Coordinator

Project Coordination:

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product applications and data flows.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Support standardized product and data lifecycle processes.

Client Implementation:

• Partner with product teams to ensure accurate and timely data implementation.
• Work directly with clients to gather data requirements.
• Provide internal and external status updates and implementation reports.

Azure DevOps & Lifecycle Tool Administration:

• Administer Azure DevOps projects, boards, workflows, and work items.
• Maintain consistent tool configurations for tracking and reporting.
• Manage user access, permissions, and security groups in collaboration with IT.

Product Application & Data Operations Support:

• Track product changes, enhancements, and data dependencies.
• Ensure tools reflect governance standards and lifecycle requirements.
• Partner with Product and Data teams to align tool usage with compliance and audit expectations.
