As a professional services team member, you will be instrumental in consulting with our customers and delivering value add services that provide the quickest path to institutional success. Our customers, colleges and universities, are on a journey to create modern, tech-driven campuses focused on student success. You'll be a trusted partner, guiding institutions through their IT business office transformation helping streamline operations.
You will communicate effectively with technical as well as functional staff, lead and drive momentum for staff, understand client business outcomes and objectives, serve as the primary contact regarding technical items, and manage client expectations. You will assist in the development of back-up and recovery concepts/plan, assist client Infrastructure Team on hardware and software management, and facilitate the work of Integration Engineers and Data Migration consultants.
