Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll identify and research target prospects, conduct high-volume outbound outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn), qualify leads, and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives. You will follow up promptly on inbound leads, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging. Meeting and exceeding monthly KPIs for qualified opportunities and meetings booked is expected. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of sales or customer-facing experience, strong communication skills, is self-motivated, and proficient with CRM tools.
