Job Description

Shape learning and upskilling programmes in leadership & performance. Play a pivotal role in developing the talent that delivers products and services. Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of critical learning and upskilling programmes, making sure they’re continuously improved and linked to performance outcomes. Consult, collaborate and partner with leaders and subject matter experts from across the organisation, to identify learning needs and skills gaps, and scope and get buy-in for targeted learning programmes. You’ll lead programme teams made up of learning design, digital learning and delivery expertise to develop, deliver and maintain relevant learning solutions. Manage project plans, communications, share updates and outcomes with relevant stakeholders. Take a skills-first approach, using skills data to inform learning priorities, measure impact and to drive a culture of upskilling and agile workforce development.
