Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality, multi-platform learning products.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and create detailed storyboards.
- Leverage course-authoring tools and emerging educational technologies.
Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree in Training and Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Education program development and adult learning techniques.
Competencies/Skills Required:
- Proficient with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
- Ability to write effective copy and experience in user interface design.
Additional Skills:
- Strong awareness and commitment to deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
