Responsibilities:
- Receive new dispatch tickets and coordinate with partner vendors.
- Source local vendors via phone calls and research when partner vendors unavailable.
- Manage bidding process and compile information for Walgreens approval submission.
Qualifications:
- Must manage emails, tickets, and vendor communications professionally.
- Must be client-facing and make regular phone calls to partner vendors.
- Must have experience with project management and vendor coordination.
Technical Requirements:
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature and a working webcam.
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
- Main internet speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection with backup of 10 Mbps.
