Chief of Staff

Structure, people, and framework thinking are integral to maintaining Snif’s vibrant, productive culture. As the Chief of Staff, you will be considered an extension of our CEO, driving strategic and operational initiatives across the brand and functions. This role requires someone who can navigate being both a generalist and a specialist across a variety of areas of the business. You are extremely detail-oriented, collaborative, communicative, empathetic, and thrive on spearheading projects from inception to completion in a timely manner. This individual will set the tone as a people leader, overseeing meeting scheduling and agendas, the hiring process, company-wide goals, internal performance reviews, key presentations, and special initiatives. In our high-trust, fast-paced environment, this role is critical to the success and growth of Snif and its team. You are a shepherd of the CEO’s vision and motivated to inspire, support, strategize, and execute at every level. This job may require travel ~10% of the time depending on business needs.
