About the Role:

As Senior Product Manager for RCS & Rich Messaging, you own the strategy, execution, and growth of the RCS product line.
You will define what great RCS looks like for agencies and SMBs, drive adoption, and shape how rich messaging interoperates with other channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end RCS roadmap from sender onboarding to analytics and pricing.
Drive market expansion by assessing carrier readiness and commercial viability per region.
Partner with Compliance on messaging policy and with Finance on pricing models.

Requirements:

7+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, CPaaS, or telecom.
Strong understanding of messaging channels and their economics.
Experience with pricing, packaging, and external partner ecosystems.
