Sr. Manager, Messaging Channels & Deliverability

Own the Delivery Engine:

• Lead operational strategy for email, SMS, and messaging channel KPIs (delivery, inbox placement, bounce, opt-out).
• Ensure high performance and compliance across all channels.

Scale Next-Gen Channels:

• Drive RCS and emerging channel rollout through carrier approval and vendor coordination.
• Pioneer new communication verticals to expand reach.

Orchestrate a Complex Vendor Footprint:

• Manage vendor relationships, pricing, and contract renewals with Twilio, SparkPost, and others.
• Partner with Finance to govern channel P&L and reduce costs.
