About This Role:
- At TrueML, digital communication is a core strategic moat and revenue differentiator.
- The Channel Operations Specialist will support Email and SMS channels, handling operational workload for senior specialists.
- This role focuses on client communication, daily performance monitoring, and documentation.
What You'll Do:
- Support clients and internal stakeholders with routine communications, status updates, and request tracking.
- Assist with email and SMS account setup, implementation, and daily performance monitoring.
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and onboarding documentation, and provide backup coverage during PTO or spikes.
Who You Are:
- A detail-oriented operator with 1-3 years of experience in operations or client support.
- Data-curious and comfortable with performance dashboards and reporting.
- Emerging knowledge of email deliverability and SMS compliance, and technology fluent in SQL and Python.
