Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and energetic HRIS Specialist to join the Global HRIS team. The successful candidate will support the Endeavor group, with a keen focus on people-experience and a mindset for continual improvement. This role will report to our Senior Manager, HRIS Support and collaborate closely with the wider HRIS and HR Operations teams.
Ability to manage and maintain core Workday processes: eg: hiring, onboarding, termination, and job changes. Experience in reporting, recruitment, time & absence, and policy distribution within Workday. Understanding of the learning, talent & performance modules. Customer service focus when monitoring and responding to Workday support queries through the Help module; prioritize and escalate as needed. Adaptable in designing and developing ad-hoc custom reports per business requirements.
