Job Description

Partner with the Platform and Product Business Unit Product Management and Engineering organizations to deliver a transformational AI‑first implementation and adoption experience for ServiceNow’s customers. You are being hired to work on one of the most exciting initiatives at one of the fastest-growing Enterprise AI companies in the industry. Partner with Global Partners & Channels, stand up the SI scale motion: identify & prioritize focus partners, define the capability/tiering model, and operationalize co-sell / co-deliver frameworks; build partner enablement materials for Autonomous implementations, curate curricula and assets; define certification & badging for autonomous setup and deployment for GPC and align incentives to capability growth and outcomes; orchestrate internal partners (Expert Services & Impact) to create unified playbooks that de-risk scale and ensure consistency. In partnership with Global Partners & Channels, institute partner readiness gates, QA checkpoints — embedded in enablement and delivery reviews and build talent & org: hire, coach, and lead a global team with clear KPIs and OKRs tied to customer value and partner impact.
