As Kiddom’s Director, Partnerships, you will drive the identification, evaluation, and execution of organizational alliances that expand Kiddom’s impact and market position. You’ll combine market and landscape analysis with operational excellence to source, assess, and drive forward high-value opportunities across both the partnership and corporate development pipelines.

Partner with the Platform and Product Business Unit Product Management and Engineering organizations to deliver a transformational AI‑first implementation and adoption experience for ServiceNow’s customers. Lead the strategy and execution to enable and scale a high-performing partner ecosystem to deliver AI-first, autonomous implementations of ServiceNow products at customer scale; compress time‑to-first-meaningful‑use, accelerate adoption, and deliver a consistently excellent, AI‑enabled implementation journey.

Focus on securing deals with largest potential retail/brand partners across core verticals. Drive meaningful, strategic revenue growth for a Series C company. Orchestrate internal and external teams to establish long-term relationships with our partners, manage complex engagements, and deliver customized, strategic solutions that create incremental value.
