Director of Partnerships

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Partnerships to lead the development, expansion, and execution of Athennian’s global partner ecosystem. This is a high-impact individual contributor role that blends behind-the-scenes operational excellence with client-facing relationship management. You’ll work across teams and directly with external partners to unlock and scale opportunities—particularly with enterprise legal technology providers and other strategic organizations in the corporate legal and compliance space. As Director of Partnerships, you will be responsible for building and optimizing partner programs, managing strategic initiatives from idea to execution, and driving measurable results. You’ll be equally comfortable developing strategic frameworks, solving operational challenges, and representing Athennian externally with partners.
