About the Role:
- The Senior Product Manager will drive the convergence of traditional finance and crypto within Binance Earn's TradFi product line.
- This role requires deep TradFi knowledge and a passion for building bridges between traditional and on-chain finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the planning and execution of TradFi product line covering ETFs, mutual funds, equities, and structured products.
- Lead design and operations of structured options products like Dual Investment, Snowball, and Shark Fin.
- Drive cross-functional delivery with teams including Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Risk.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of Product Management experience in financial products with hands-on TradFi experience.
- Practical understanding of structured products and options payoff structures.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with experience in full product lifecycle management.
