Senior Product Manager, Platform Experience

About the role:

• Senior, hands-on individual-contributor role owning the end-to-end customer experience across the Ondo Finance App.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define strategy, write clear requirements, and ship meaningful product improvements.

Target outcomes:

• Create a cohesive, high-quality core experience across all customer-facing surfaces and workflows.
• Simplify sophisticated financial concepts like order books, settlement, and onchain transactions for all users.
• Drive retention and long-term customer value through measurable product performance and customer-informed decisions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience owning customer-facing products from concept through launch.
• Deep familiarity with fintech, capital markets, crypto, and DeFi products, plus strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
