The Team:

- The Pro team builds web and mobile trading experiences for spot and futures markets.
The Opportunity:
- Own the onboarding experience for Kraken Pro globally, end to end - from first landing through a client's first trade.
- Constantly assess the funnel: identify what's working, what's not, and drive continuous UX improvement.
- Deeply understand the Pro customer: who they are, what they need most in their first days, how to talk to them, and what gets them excited to trade.
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of product management experience with a focus in onboarding or growth UX.
- Strong data fluency: defining success metrics, analyzing funnels, and prioritizing actions.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first instinct, with passion for crypto and AI tools.
