Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain program logistics trackers.
- Manage instructor travel logistics end-to-end.
- Prepare Zoom welcome materials and resources.
Regional Support:
- Support programs across the Middle East and broader EMEA region.
- Respond to client and instructor inquiries.
- Travel to client sites to support program execution.
Operations:
- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives.
- Help document internal processes.
- Support internal workflows such as exam submission.
