Lead a tiered organization that includes a people manager and teams of Global and Channel Enablement Program Managers. Define the vision for the team, setting clear goals, coaching regularly, and enabling professional growth. Ruthlessly prioritize business asks and align cross-functional stakeholders on a unified enablement strategy. Champion a culture of learning, excellence, and seller empowerment across the global sales organization.

Oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of a world-class onboarding experience for Sales new hires with the goal of reducing time-to-productivity and accelerating time-to-quota. Collaborate with Sales leaders to identify sales core competencies and knowledge gaps, and develop a strategy to upskill experienced reps while reinforcing our sales methodology and plays. Enable readiness for new product launches by translating go-to-market strategy into training, sales materials, and customer-facing messaging. Plan and drive global enablement programs that align with sales and business goals. Manage the development and execution of learning programs across modalities. Build and maintain scalable enablement content including sales playbooks, product collateral, role-based learning paths, competitive intelligence, and talk tracks. Identify and analyze success metrics to assess the performance and business impact of enablement programs.
