Job Description
Own end-to-end offshore recruitment for the R&D group, including sourcing, screening, and coordination with offshore recruitment partners. Develop and maintain strong relationships with offshore staffing teams to ensure consistent delivery of qualified candidates. Collaborate with R&D hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and desired candidate profiles. Track and report on offshore recruitment metrics, including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and candidate quality. Support the creation and refinement of job descriptions tailored to offshore candidate markets. Manage the interview scheduling and candidate feedback loop between offshore partners and internal hiring teams. Identify and recommend process improvements for offshore recruitment strategies.
