Shape technical design with engineering for money-movement correctness, failure paths, and scalability.
Make hard trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX.

What We're Looking For:

Significant experience owning complex technical products end-to-end with strong judgement.
Solid system design knowledge and comfort challenging design docs.
Experience in regulated domains like payments, banking, or insurance.
