ServiceNow AI Architect

About the Role:

• Lead the design and implementation of next-generation, AI-powered enterprise solutions.
• Define how AI is embedded into enterprise workflows.
• Drive intelligent automation, conversational AI, and autonomous operations at scale.

Requirement:

• 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years of deep ServiceNow experience.
• Proven experience architecting enterprise-scale AI solutions within ServiceNow.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Agentic AI, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and AICT.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and security best practices.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and API-led connectivity.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and leadership skills.
