Job Description
Assist travelers with reservations, provide prompt communication, and help ensure seamless guest experiences. Responsibilities include researching hotel options and securing reservations, supporting clients with availability, rates, and questions. You will also ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all bookings, and maintain professionalism and timely responses. Excellent customer-service mindset is needed, along with comfort working in a virtual environment in addition to strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
