Assist with the deployment, end user support, implementation, data migration, and training for internal ConnectWise software suite for employees across all New Era locations domestically in the US and internationally. Provide application support to all internal users of ConnectWise, related integrations, and supporting applications, ensuring that requests are responded to and resolved within SLAs. Assist with the roll out of the ConnectWise applications to new locations including requirements gathering, setup of the software, data cleansing, data imports, building of custom reports and end user training. Assist with the application maintenance schedule and upgrades and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders. Up to 20% travel may be required.
