Job Summary:
- Proactively source, attract and hire primarily technical talent across the organization.
- Administer all Total Rewards programs and practices in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Essential Functions:
- Strategically identify and engage high-caliber candidates through passive and active sourcing techniques.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from requisition intake to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Minimum Requirements:
- 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with 2 years of technical recruiting experience included.
- Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
