Job Summary:

  • Proactively source, attract and hire primarily technical talent across the organization.
  • Administer all Total Rewards programs and practices in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Essential Functions:

  • Strategically identify and engage high-caliber candidates through passive and active sourcing techniques.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from requisition intake to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with 2 years of technical recruiting experience included.
  • Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
