Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Provide on-site and/or remote support.
-Perform maintenance and troubleshooting.
-Repair desktop, notebook, and mobile PC workstations.
Key Tasks:
-Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
-Work on multiple projects as a team member.
-Act as a subject matter expert in one or more areas.
Daily activities:
-Respond to incidents, diagnose, and resolve complex problems.
-Provide guidance to other team members.
-Contribute to knowledge management database for problem resolution.
