Physical Therapy Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY:

• Lead a remote team of physical therapists and contribute to the development of Hinge Health's PT organization.
• Drive key operational projects and clinical initiatives in a cost-effective, AI-enabled care model.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and improvement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Manage and coach a team of up to 16 PTs, including performance management and career development.
• Support your team in meeting PT service-level agreements, caseload management, and clinical compliance.
• Strengthen PTs' digital health efficacy to ensure a best-in-class telehealth experience.
• Lead operational projects using data and qualitative feedback to scale improvements.
• Mobilize and coach your team through ongoing change, aligning stakeholders and maintaining high engagement.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Team management skills with experience supervising a large, remote clinical team.
• Problem-solving ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve complex issues with sound judgment.
• Operational improvement expertise using data to drive experiments and monitor outcomes.
• Change management skills to guide a team through frequent workflow and priority changes.
• Effective communication with direct reports, leadership, and cross-functional partners.
