Job Description

The Director of Customer Success Management will lead a team of CSMs to drive customer outcomes, satisfaction, retention, and growth. Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, and mentoring CSMs; developing customer success strategies; and ensuring customer satisfaction and expansion. They will design and optimize the customer success playbook, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and own key metrics like Net Revenue Retention. This role requires 15+ years of experience in Customer Success and 10+ years in a leadership role. Proficiency with CS tools and CRM platforms is essential.
