About the role:
- Dedicated owner of commission, SPIFF, and sprint processes.
- Reports to Senior Director, Growth Operations.
What you will do:
- Administer commission calculations and target-setting cycles.
- Manage SPIFF audits, approvals, and budgets.
- Write BRDs and coordinate tooling enhancements.
What you need to have:
- 4+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations.
- Strong Salesforce and analytics tool skills.
- Excellent communication and program management.
