Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Deal Desk Manager to support our growing sales organization. This role is critical in enabling scalable deal execution by partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps. You’ll serve as the central point of coordination for structuring complex deals, managing pricing strategy, streamlining approval workflows, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of SaaS sales and contract processes, thrives in cross-functional environments, and brings both analytical rigor and process expertise to the table. You’ll execute complex and non-standard deals to meet customer needs while ensuring alignment with internal policies, manage pricing approvals, discount guardrails, and maintain pricing tools in collaboration with Product and Finance. Serve as liaison between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations for seamless deal execution. You'll lead weekly deal reviews with sales leadership to highlight key opportunities, risks, and exceptions. Build scalable processes and documentation to improve deal flow efficiency and reduce bottlenecks. Enable sales teams through training on quoting tools, deal policies, and approval workflows. Track, analyze, and report on deal metrics to inform pricing strategy and improve sales performance.
