Outbound Call Specialist

As an Outbound Call Specialist, you will be a key part of Rundoo’s Operations Team, supporting strategic initiatives by gathering essential business information from prospective clients. Your primary responsibility is to call independently owned supply stores in North America to collect specific data that will inform internal decision-making and business development efforts. This is a night shift role aligned with U.S. business hours, and you will report directly to the Head of Operations. The position requires strong communication skills, a professional phone demeanor, and meticulous attention to detail. The role involves placing outbound calls, asking concise questions, logging accurate responses, and maintaining a friendly tone. Collaboration with the Operations team to refine call scripts is also expected.
