Job Description

Seeking a Sales Onboarding and Enablement Specialist (Contractor) to support global onboarding and enablement programs, ensuring GTM teams ramp up quickly, effectively, and confidently. This contractor role offers a mix of strategy, content creation, facilitation, and operations, perfect for someone who wants to grow into a future enablement manager or program owner. Key responsibilities include managing and expanding global sales onboarding by conducting quarterly onboarding boot camps for GTM teams, developing onboarding playbooks, welcome kits, and guided learning paths. You would also monitor onboarding KPIs such as time-to-first-meeting and time-to-first-deal. As well as, supporting operational and administrative tasks to keep enablement content updated and accessible and producing engaging content, newsletters, and Slack posts.
