Client Platform Engineer

As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of: Device Management Platform Wizard: Responsible for management systems such as Jamf and Intune, configurations for end user devices such as laptops, mobile devices and tablets, and building and maintaining a Configuration Management Database of all Engine end user assets. Software Catalog: Maintains the Engine software catalog and licenses for 3rd party applications, ensuring detailed documentation exists, licenses are managed effectively within contractual obligations and building and maintaining the self-service catalog for end user devices. User Experience Czar: Takes ownership over the end user experience for all devices. A seamless login experience, robust and easy to use self service catalog and secure device standards are a top priority for this role. Incident and Request Fulfillment: Responsible for managing tickets according to target SLAs and KPIs, ensuring the best possible service for our business partners while maximizing uptime on systems. Documentation: Responsible for ensuring Engine’s Knowledge Base is current and relevant, providing expertly crafted self-service documentation and internal troubleshooting guides.
