How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Configures QGenda solution using customer requirements and best practices while considering ease of use and maintenance.
- Prepares for and leads implementation and customer training calls, documents final configuration, and transfers knowledge effectively.
- Works cross functionally with TAMs, Project Coordinators, CSMs, and other resources to ensure all customer requirements are scoped and delivered.
Who You Are:
- Able to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
- Possesses creative problem-solving capabilities and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Shows consistency in product setup and configuration details.
