You will serve as the go-to expert for our People Team tech stack, ensuring that our HR systems support our people, processes, and strategic objectives. The role includes system administration for Workday, process optimization, building reports and dashboards, implementing system enhancements, developing training resources, maintaining data integrity, and vendor management.
