IT Operations Intern

The IT Operations Intern will assist Sezzle’s IT Operations team with daily support tasks, troubleshooting, and project-based initiatives. This role is designed for a candidate pursuing a technical degree who wants to gain real-world experience in IT service delivery and operational support. The intern will work closely with the IT Operations team to ensure timely resolution of end-user issues, maintain accurate inventory, and contribute to IT process improvement. Key Responsibilities include IT Service Desk Support by responding to and resolving incoming IT service desk tickets in Jira, Break/Fix Work by assisting with diagnosing and resolving end-user device issues, and Device Deployment by supporting the setup, imaging, and distribution of laptops and peripherals for new and existing employees.
