Responsibilities:
- Establish pharmaceutical therapies that promote safe and effective use
- Consult on medication therapy management including medication reconciliation, for optimal drug product selection and dosage regimen design
- Act as an internal subject matter expert, developing and delivering education to patients and/or caregivers
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
- Hold an unrestricted Pharmacy state license in TN, AL or CA or will acquire one within 60 days from the time of hire
- Strong comprehension of pharmaceutical therapies and are focused on quality of life for your patients
