Job Description

Build strong customer relationships by handling billing inquiries and providing top-tier support. Connect with customers via phone, chat, and email on topics like returns, order status, product availability, and more. Access and verify account details to ensure accurate assistance. Identify customer needs and recommend helpful solutions. Follow up to make sure their issues are fully resolved and their experience is seamless. You must be 18 years of age or older and have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. You must be able to effectively communicate, read, and write in both French and English. You will be required to hardwire your computer to a modem. All other necessary computer equipment and accessories are provided. A knowledge of working within Windows Operating Systems or equivalent is needed.
