• Facilitate meetings with clients, including workforce reduction consultations.

Key Requirements and Characteristics:

• Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
• Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
