Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Provide guidance and manage clients' requests on various HR matters.
• Draft, tailor and administer all termination and supplementary documents.

Key Requirements and Characteristics:

• Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
• Proven experience with managing voluntary and involuntary exits.
• Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
