Responsibilities:
- Partner with regional Sales leadership to drive efficiency and execution, serving as the first line of support for processes, tools, and analysis to remove distractions from revenue-generating activities.
- Represent regional needs to functions like Systems and Analytics, leading the rollout and adoption of new GTM tools while ensuring operational excellence and data integrity.
Core Duties:
- Provide daily front-line support for CPQ, assisting with quotes, approvals, and troubleshooting, and support the end-to-end electronic signature process using DocuSign for timely deal closure.
- Monitor lead routing, assignment volume, and disposition, ensuring successful marketing lead uploads and integrations, and identify improvements for workflows and sales tools to boost field productivity.
Qualifications:
- Requires 3-5 years in Sales, Marketing, or GTM/Revenue Operations with deep understanding of the Sales/Marketing continuum and proficiency in CRM (Salesforce.com preferred) and CPQ tools.
- Must be highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office for data-driven decisions, with strong communication skills and familiarity with local compliance and privacy regulations impacting GTM systems.
